Wild Boar Rub is perfect for rubbing on steaks, chicken, pork chops, ribs, and, of course, pork butt. You can also use it to dips, marinades and stir-fry recipes for a bigger and bolder flavor. Wild Boar adds a little "sass" to everything.
DIRECTIONS: Mix 1/4 mix with 1 cup vinegar (entire pkg. makes 1 Quart). Allow to sit several hours to allow the flavors to blend with the vinegar. Shake or stir well to mix ingredients as you use on food. Try different vinegars to create your own unique sauce. Use as marinade or grilling sauce for meats, fish and vegetables. Store in refrigerator after mixing.
